Early Morning Supervision

From Tuesday 4th September 2018:

Breakfast Club (7:30am – 8:40am)

Children are able to enter the School via the Front Door at Reception from 7:30am. A tasty buffet style breakfast is served until 8:00am in the Holbein Hall. From 8:10am children move into Hug & Go supervision until 8:40am. The inclusive cost of this is £4. At 8:40am and when the Playground Gates open, statutory supervision begins.

If you are a new parent interested in using Breakfast Club in the first week of the new Autumn Term, please contact the School Office to make a booking and arrange payment.

After the first week, all parents will be able to make subsequent bookings on Wisepay, the school online payment facility. Each new child will have specific log in and account details that will be provided to parents/carers in the first week of term. Breakfast Club sessions should be booked well in advance to ensure availability but can be booked up to 4pm on the previous day.

Places are open to Priory pupils only and are available each weekday during term time, excluding inset days.

The cost per session is £4 and includes a buffet style breakfast where children are able to choose from a selection of fruit, yoghurt, cereal, toast, with milk or juice.  To book sessions for a sibling, you must access their account and repeat the process.

Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance. We are not able to accept childcare vouchers at this time.

Hug & Go (8:10am – 8:40am)

Children are able to enter the School via the Front Door at Reception from 8:10am. After registering, children have access to indoor and outdoor space for play, the Dining Room and the Inner Courtyard respectively – no breakfast is available. This is until 8:40am when statutory supervision begins in the playground.

There is a charge of 50p per session OR a termly pass at £30 (approx. 40p per session) for those children accessing Hug & Go between 8:10am and 8:30am.

Parents will need to purchase either a pre-paid stamp card or termly pass through WisePay.  The pre-paid stamp card will be for ten sessions - multiple cards can be purchased OR the termly pass. Cards will be labelled with the child’s name and be available for collection at the School Reception by a parent or their child at the end of the following day.

There will be no requirement to book in advance for a specific day(s), however entry will not be permitted without a pre-paid card. Parents are politely reminded that Reigate Priory is a cashless school and so no cash payment option is available.

There will be NO charge for children arriving for Hug & Go from 8:30am to 8:40am. Children should enter via the Front Door at Reception and will be required to register but no stamp card or termly pass is required.

Parents/carers are advised that the Governing Bodies of both Reigate Priory School and Holmesdale Infant School, have approved funding to subsidise the Hug & Go for one academic year. This contribution will be reviewed at the end of that time and is not guaranteed due to ongoing financial uncertainty.

For the first week of term only (Tuesday 4th – Friday 7th September), there will be no charge for Hug & Go at all. This will allow time for WisePay account details to be provided and stamp cards or termly passes to be purchased and collected.

Statutory Supervision (8:40am – 8:50am)

The School Gates will open to all children and their parents/carers as usual from 8:40am and with full statutory supervision from the teaching staff.

Children with bikes and scooters will be able to wheel them through to the stands in the playground.

Full terms and conditions for both Breakfast Club and Hug & Go are available on WisePay and the school website.

We are always on the lookout for new members to join the Early Morning Team, if you or you know of anyone who would like employment as a member of our Early Morning Team, please contact the School Office for further information.
